Governance

The Guild of Travel Management Companies (GTMC) is a not for profit membership organisation. Established in 1967 it is a company limited by guarantee with no share capital.  

  Executive Council

The GTMC is governed by its Executive Council, a board of twelve individual TMCs comprising a broad representation of our membership. The current members of the Council are:

 Working parties

The GTMC operates a number of sector specific working parties open to both members and partners. Each has a specific remit and works to solve industry issues and to develop the GTMC's policy positions.
