The GTMC's Hotel Working Party plays a leading role in monitoring and advising on the development of consistent hotel booking procedures and standards within the hotel industry worldwide.

Recent topics for the group have included booking technology, commissions and continued pressure on pricing. The billback issue has been a particular cause of this working party with the group campaigning tirelessly for a unified solution.

Objectives:

• Oversee the relationship with the GTMC’s hotel partners
• Monitor relevant technical and tax issues
• Review relevant strategies and products
