The HR Working Party is responsible for monitoring developing employment and training standards within business travel management. The group looks at the ever-changing legislation on human resources issues and produces guidance information as appropriate.
Recent issues for discussion have included the Corporate Manslaughter Act and the responsibilities of TMCs to their own employees and their clients. The GTMC founded its own Certificate in Business Travel some years ago and the working party advises on the currency and appropriateness of course content.
