GTMC 2010 Conference:

This year's conference will be held in Hong Kong at the Grand Harbour Hotel and the sponsoring airline is Virgin Atlantic.

The GTMC conference is only open to GTMC Members, Partners and specially invited guests.

GTMC MEMBERS
All GTMC Members are invited to send a primary delegate as a benefit of membership and may send a secondary delegate on payment of the delegate fee. This will be £1000 (excluding VAT) which includes flight and accommodation for the three core nights of the conference subject to availability.

GTMC PARTNERS
All GTMC Partners are invited to send a primary delegate as included of the terms of their Partnership, the cost of which is included in the invoice for the Partnership fee, and may send a secondary delegate on payment of the delegate fee. This will be £1000 (excluding VAT) which includes flight and accommodation for the three core nights of the conference subject to availability.

Confirmations, together with invoices where appropriate, will be sent to the email address provided on the registration form once bookings are confirmed. Whilst every effort will be made to fulfil your first choice of flight, alternatives may be offered where necessary.
