GTMC researches changing business traveller priorities
As in its roles of the voice of the business traveller the GTMC conducts a series of focus groups with business travellers, buyers and TMCs. This includes survey panel of over 1500 business travellers. The aim of this research is to explore their opinions on the different modes of transport used when travelling for work and to establish their priorities and frustrations.
To coincide with the 2015 general election the GTMC launched its Manifesto which summarised the key policies that the business traveller wanted to see from the new Government in the areas of air, rail, high speed rail and road.
The key findings of both surveys underpin the GTMC’s ongoing lobbying activity and have been communicated widely to key backbenchers, advisors, civil servants, shadow ministers and ministers.
Business Traveller Priorities
The GTMC has now published the results of recent surveys of business travellers’ priorities on the subject of airport expansions in the south east, regional airports and rail to find out what really matters to today’s travellers.
