GTMC certificate in business travel

Delivered by the Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality

The qualification is available in three levels providing a progression of modules to support an employee’s development from business travel consultant though to a managerial role.

Each level stands alone and does not act as an entrance requirement for the other levels. 

• The Consultant Certificate in Business Travel which is targeted at those who have worked in business travel for a time and are now seeking advancement.
• The Leadership Certificate in Business Travel prepares candidates for a leadership role, training them to deal with colleagues as well as clients.
• The Management Certificate in Business Travel is the highest and most prestigious level of the qualification covering virtually all of the aspects of management in the industry.
