Your flight confirmations have now been sent and check-in will be open 48 hours prior to your flight departure. Please go to your flight providers website to add your passport details, check-in and reserve any additional services you require such as speedy boarding.
Delegates travelling on the core flights on 30th June and 2nd July will be met on arrival at Amsterdam Schiphol airport, transferred to Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin and returned back to the airport in time for the evening departures to the UK.
We will be providing coach transfers to delegates arriving on Sunday 30th June from 10.30 to 17.00.
If your preferred flight lands outside of the above timings you will be responsible for your own transfer to Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin.
Coach Transfers To Amsterdam Schiphol Airport On Tuesday 2nd July
We will be providing coach transfers to delegates departing Grand Hotel Huis ter Duin on Tuesday 12th June once the conference has ended.
If you wish to travel at an alternate time you will be responsible for your own transfer to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.
The dress code for the conference is business casual (jackets and ties are not required).
Sunday night's welcome drinks, dinner and the Avis Budget Group party night is casual. Please note that this event is due to take place partly outside and like UK evenings the weather may well be cool.
The Travelport Gala Dinner on Monday evening will be smart dress with jackets preferable for men (ties are not required).
No refunds will be given for cancelled additional conference places and all name changes for previously booked flights will be at your own expense.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
