The People Strategy Group is responsible for looking at developing employment and training standards within business travel management. The group looks at the ever-changing legislation on human resources issues and produces guidance information as appropriate.  This group has recently been involved in the Trailblazer2 apprenticeship scheme after identifying the shortfall of young people coming into the industry

  • Maintain & improve standards
  • Monitor regulatory issues affecting the workforce
  • Advise the GTMC on HR trends within the business travel sector

Typically, participants in this strategy group are Directors and Managers of HR drawn from the GTMC membership.  This group gives you the opportunity to discuss HR issues facing the industry as well as influencing the next generation working in business travel.
